We welcome runners of all abilities. Currently we have a 5-10K training group, and a Half-Marathon training group. This group is completely free/no charge - we're here for camaraderie. Our group members frequently send out emails through the week for other runs as well. Let me know if you would like to be on our mailout, or feel free to just show up on a Sunday at 8:00am!
